Please send an email to sales@mypetprints.com.au with your chosen image attached. You can fill out an order form (Microsoft Word or PDF) and attach it to the email - or simply include the same information in the body of the email.
If your photo is not in digital format - please mail it to us at PO Box 158, Corinda, Queensland. Make sure you include a copy of our order form (Microsoft Word or PDF). We will scan your image and then send the original image back with your canvas print.
